Fans Livid With Tom Brady's Analysis
After a legendary NFL career, seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady has returned to the game. This time as an NFL analyst. But despite being one of the most beloved players of all time, many people are not a fan of Brady in his new role.
During the matchup between the Eagles and Packers on Sunday, several fans on social media expressed their displeasure with Brady's analysis.
"Tom Brady is awful at this. Sounds nervous," one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Tom Brady commentating makes me want to kms can we have literally anyone else," another fan added.
Saquon Barkley Gets Honest on Debut Season With Eagles
Eagles ended the season sitting atop the NFC East. That is largely thanks to their free agent acquisition, Saquon Barkley. After nearly breaking Eric Dickerson's single season rushing record, Barkley looks to have found the fountain of youth.
In a interview earlier this season, Barkley suggested that the new spring in his step has been due to him having a sense of security by way of his new contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. Seemingly a shot at his former team, the New York Giants, who let him walk in free agency last offseason.
"It was like, I got the guaranteed money that I want, I got the contract that I want. For the last three or four years, I've been on a one-year deal. I can go back to playing ball," Barkley said. "Yeah, I'm jumping over people again because I got money. I have security, I have financial security.
The Eagles started the season off rather pedestrian. They started the year with a 2-2 record through four games. But as the season has waned on, Nick Sirianni and the Eagles have adjusted to the times and they now look poised for a run at the Super Bowl.
