Video Shows Emotional Mekhi Becton Walk Off Field in Tears

It's been a long road for Eagles offensive lineman Mekhi Becton. In the first part of his career with the New York Jets, he struggled with a long injury history. This will be his first trip to the playoffs in his career.

After the game, Eagles offensive lineman Mekhi Becton was visibly emotional walking off the field in tears.

Fans showed support for the Eagles offensive lineman, acknowledging the long road he has traveled to get here.

"Definitely one of my favorite Eagles stories this year!" one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"One of the most deserving on the team," another user added.

Saquon Barkley Gets Honest on Role in Eagles Offense

The Eagles' success this season is thanks in large part to the play of their star running back, Saquon Barkley. After a relatively pedestrian start to the season, Barkley is on pace to break Los Angeles Rams legend Eric Dickerson's all-time record for rushing yards in a season.

Even with the success that Saquon has had this season, Barkley remains humble about his role with the Eagles' offense. With an juggernaut loaded with other talented players such as A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith, Barkley knows his number won't be called as often as it was with the New York Giants — but his goal is to stay ready for the moments where his team needs him.

"[Hurts] likes winning, We all like winning. So whatever way it takes to win, that's what we're willing to do," Barkley said.

"I'm still training and keeping my body ready and whenever the team continues to need me to continue to take over a game and lean on the run game and lean on the offensive line, I'm willing to do [so].

At the same time, I know there's going to be weeks where we'll have to throw the ball. We've got A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert and Jalen Hurts. ... And that's the beauty of this team: When you have so many talented people and so many stars on this team, when they're all about winning football games, it makes it easier."

With the Eagles finally starting to hit their stride and a plethora of weapons at Jalen Hurts' disposal, it will be interesting to see how deep this team can go in the playoffs.
