Surveillance video captured a bloody Miller at a hotel across the street from the Marriott vomiting on the sidewalk moments before police arrived.

The incident marks Miller's second arrest for a violent crime in a little over a year. He was arrested in March of 2015 for a domestic violence incident involving his fiancee. The 6-2, 250 pound Miller was selected by the 49ers in the 7th round of the 2011 draft. He had reportedly just switched positions from fullback to tight end to better fit into new head coach Chip Kelly's offensive scheme.
