Records reviewed by TMZ show Wiley was booked into the Orange County Jail on Friday on a charge of domestic battery.

As of Monday, Wiley remained listed in custody, with jail records indicating he was being held without bond. Authorities have not publicly released details about the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident, and additional information was not immediately available.

Wiley has not publicly commented on the arrest.

The 51-year-old enjoyed a 10-year NFL career after being selected by the Buffalo Bills in the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft. He also played for the San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Wiley's best season came in 2001, when he earned his lone Pro Bowl selection after recording a career-high 13 sacks with the Chargers.

Following his playing career, Wiley transitioned into sports broadcasting, becoming a familiar face on national television through roles with ESPN and Fox Sports.

Earlier this year, Wiley publicly denied separate sexual assault allegations that were made against him, calling the claims false during an episode of his podcast. Those allegations are unrelated to his Florida arrest.

The domestic battery charge remains pending.
