The charges against Jones included alleged public intoxication, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and assault on a police officer.

However, after releasing his own video of the incident on social media this weekend, Jones is breaking his silence. That is to say, he highlighted the fact that before the arrest, there were racial slurs heard while the former player and his crew were walking in the Loews Arlington Hotel.
Considering this, after a woman and another guy were heard saying the slurs, this seemingly led to the cornerback lashing out.
With this in mind, Jones had reasons to have been provoked, as the 41-year-old captioned the post on Instagram, "We must talk about this!"
This has since been deleted, but he insinuated that he will address the full situation on his The Pacman Jones Show on Tuesday.
As far as the most recent incident, he was being held on $319 bond and with the new updates being brought to light, some fans now seem to be siding with the former NFL cornerback.
Throughout his career, Jones accumulated 17 career interceptions while playing for the Tennessee Titans, Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and Denver Broncos.
