The house, that was built in 2007, was only 10 minutes away from the former Seattle Seahawks quarterback's workplace at Lumen Stadium. The 11,000+ square foot waterfront property was listed at $28 million, but the celebrity couple decided to let the six bedroom, six bathroom house go after getting an offer for $21.25 million. Then in addition, they sold an adjacent plot of land for $9.75 million, pocketing a total amount of $31,000,000.

The house has many amenities such as an elevator, in-house gym, and waterfront access to Lake Washington, including a large dock to store boats.
Wilson originally left Seattle after 10 years, when he was traded to the Denver Broncos ahead of the 2022 season. The Broncos signed the quarterback to a five-year $245 million dollar contract, however, the team then released 'Mr. Unlimited' following two losing seasons (11-19 record). Important to note, after signing a one-year $1.21 million dollar contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason, the Broncos will still have to pay Wilson $37.79 million this upcoming season.
Over the course of his 12-year NFL playing career, Russell Wilson has completed 3,668 passes (64.7% completed), thrown for 43,653 yards (19th all-time) and passed for 334 touchdowns (13th all-time), to go along with 29 rushing touchdowns, and a 100.0 career passer rating.
Notably, Wilson helped lead the Seahawks to two Super Bowls, in which Seattle won one, XLVIII (2014), but lost the following year XLIX (2015).
