Four-time Pro Bowler Arian Foster has found his new home

He leaves Houston after spending all of his career there.

With Lamar Miller heading out to Houston in the offseason, the former Texan Arian Foster switched places and officially landed with the Miami Dolphins on a one-year contract Monday:

Foster missed time after tearing his groin, but returned, tore his Achilles and missed the rest of the season last year. Over his career, the injury-plagued running back has suffered a variety of hamstring, calf and groin issues.

The 29 year old has rushed for nearly 6,500 yards over his career, with 74 touchdowns on the ground and another 14 through the air. He's a four-time Pro Bowler and a former First Team All-Pro player.

Foster joins Alabama alum Kenyan Drake and Jay Ajayi in the slim backfield for the Dolphins. Ajayi is expected to retain the starting gig, but Foster could earn a bulk of carries if he can stay healthy and provide the change of pace Miami needs out of the backfield.
