Several teams with vacancies have requested interviews with the Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator, according to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated. The New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals, and Las Vegas Raiders have all put in requests, joining the Atlanta Falcons, who had already expressed interest.

Kubiak joined Mike Macdonald's staff in Seattle ahead of the 2025 season and made an immediate impact. The Seahawks finished third in the NFL in points scored, a leap that put Kubiak firmly on the league's radar.

Before arriving in Seattle, Kubiak served as offensive coordinator for the New Orleans Saints in 2024 and has previous coaching stops with the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos, and Minnesota Vikings.

Because Seattle earned the No. one seed in the NFC and has a playoff bye, Kubiak is available for virtual interviews this week. According to Breer, he is working through how to balance those discussions with preparations for the Seahawks' postseason opener.

With multiple teams lining up and Seattle still playing deep into January, Kubiak's next few weeks figure to be busy. Whether that leads to his first head coaching job remains to be seen, but his name is clearly one to watch.
