Here's how Rams' big move could help Broncos, Jets or 49ers

Los Angeles might just be interested in helping out another squad.

Following the Tennessee Titans swap of the No. 1 overall pick to the Los Angeles Rams for a 2016 first-round pick, along with two second-rounders and a third-round pick, reserve quarterback Nick Foles could be expendable.

Holding nearly $13 million in salary as a potential third-string quarterback, could the Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers or New York Jets come calling?

A third- or fourth-round pick could land Foles, but he's likely going to need to restructure his contract considering talks surrounding Colin Kaepernick (who is making a similar salary) revolved around cutting money. Or just maybe a three-way deal could be in the works?

For Los Angeles, the Rams now will have their pick between Carson Wentz, Jared Goff or any player they deem worthy of the top selection.

The Jets haven't been able to agree to terms with Ryan Fitzpatrick and have Geno Smith as the likely No. 1 if a deal doesn't go through. Denver has Mark Sanchez as the top gunslinger in town after Peyton Manning retired and Brock Osweiler bounced to the Houston Texans as a free agent.

Niners head coach Chip Kelly could eye reuniting with Foles, who had his best tenure under the former Oregon coach, and that could push San Francisco's hat into the ring.

With just a few weeks before the draft, anything is possible.
