Seahawks All-Pro corner Richard Sherman has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind. While he hasn't said much in the wake of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick's protest, he's speaking out now, using his weekly news conference to speak out in protest of recent police shootings.

"I'm not going to answer any questions today, and it's no offense to you guys, but I think the state of things in the world today is very interesting," he said, according to ESPN.
Sherman also spoke on the different types of protests happening across the NFL, saying that some of those players feel they're being ignored.
His comments come on the heels of shootings in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Sherman is a very active participant in community service, telling reporters that even his efforts in community service is difficult because black men are "getting killed in street for nothing."
"That's the unfortunate place that we're living in. And something needs to be done."
