Houston Texans defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was fined $18,231 for unnecessary roughness against New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Clowney wasn't penalized for the play in question, but he was still issued the fine.

Clowney dragged Brady down after he had already released the ball, but it's odd he was fined, but not penalized. The Patriots won the game 34-16.
