Jameis Winston is one of the most intriguing players in the NFL. At the age of 23, he is already a franchise quarterback after being selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft and Winston has flashed signs of brilliance in his first two professional seasons.

However, Dan Graziano of ESPN sees a potentially fatal flaw in Winston's game and he shared it with SiriusXM NFL Radio this week.
"The concern with him is and seems like it always will be turnovers, but if you can just get to a point where those are at a manageable number. I don't think he's ever going to be Drew Brees [or] Tom Brady in terms of limiting interceptions.???
It wasn't all negative, though, as Graziano did heap some praise.
"But I think if you can just get to the point where there's a manageable number [of interceptions], this is a guy whose competitiveness, whose ability, whose leadership qualities I think are going to take him very far."
Comparing anyone to Tom Brady is a perilous exercise, especially when it comes to ball security at the quarterback position. Still, Winston did throw 15 interceptions as a rookie and 18 in his second season. That kind of carelessness isn't going to cut it in today's NFL at the peak levels but, given his (very) young age, Winston still has time to turn things around in avoiding interceptions moving forward.
