It's becoming more and more likely Tony Romo has played his last down in a Dallas Cowboys uniform, and he is expected to be traded or released this offseason.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones acknowledged the chance Romo might land on another NFC team, and he said it "bothers the heck" out of him.
"I don't have that answer because I haven't had to wear it," Jones told the Dallas Morning News. "If it came down to that, and I thought about that, put it on and wore it for a few days and see—that bothers the heck out of me because he's going to, I know where ever he goes he'll start. I know where ever he goes he'll compete—absent injury... We've seen guys that are several years older than him win a Super Bowl. I think he's that kind of player."
There are more quarterback-needy teams in the AFC, particularly the Denver Broncos, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns and Houston Texans. The Chicago Bears could be an option in the NFC, but most NFC teams already have a quarterback in place.
