The quarterback controversy that's been swirling around the Cowboys organization for the better part of the season is over — at least in the eyes of Jerry Jones it is.

Jones says when Tony Romo, who broke a bone in his back in a preseason game in August, is finally cleared to play, he'll have no problem doing what's best for the team. Which as of right now is standing behind the red-hot arm of rookie Dak Prescott.
"Tony has no issue doing what's best for the team," Jones told the Star-Telegram in light of Prescott's game-winning performance over NFC East rival Philadelphia on Sunday. "If you really step back and look at it, it has everything to do with our ability to try to have more success than we've had let's say even in Tony's career relative to this year and how this thing might end up."

And, really, there should be no debate. Prescott's number's against the Eagles — 19-of-39 for 237 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception — may have been lacking in consistency, but he managed to ground out the toughest victory of the season so far, and put Dallas in the division driver's seat.
