Many have presumed that the Cleveland Browns would part ways with head coach Hue Jackson before next season.

However, Browns owner Jimmy Haslam told media members that the franchise plans on having Jackson as its "football coach for a long time" during his press conference on Friday.
Haslam fired Executive Vice President of football operations Sashi Brown on Thursday after a disappointing tenure with the organization.
Many assume Jackson could be next, despite Haslam seemingly giving him an endorsement to continue beyond the 2017 season.
The coach holds a 1-27 record since joining the Browns in January 2016. Cleveland hasn't won a game since defeating the San Diego Chargers on Dec. 24 of last year.
Still, Jackson remains employed as the front office becomes the scapegoat for the franchise's continued struggles as the worst team in the NFL.
Browns stay Browns, I suppose.
