Joe Burrow is the definition of cool. From his gameday fits to the swagger he exudes on the field, there's nothing the LSU product can't seemingly do.

Recently, he's putting that level of coolness to the test with his new blonde buzz cut, which is a stark difference from the flow he used to have. During Thursday's preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts, Burrow shared what might be next for his hairstyle during a sideline interview with Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit.
"I'm just going to let it grow out at this point," he responded to the question about what's next for his hair. "It'll be a little frosted tips here in a couple of weeks, back to what my normal hair looks like, but then just a little blonde. I think it will look good."

Last month, Burrow went viral after debuting his blonde buzz cut. The 27-year-old revealed during a press conference the reason behind that dramatic transformation was a bet he made with teammate B.J. Hill, who said if Burrow committed to the look so would he.
Burrow later added that the decision also was mainly because he was "bored."
Whatever hairstyle Burrow decides to go with ahead of the team's Week 1 matchup with the New England Patriots, there will be far more eyes on his wrist. The star quarterback underwent season-ending surgery that cut short his 2023 campaign and also spawned his new hobby of playing the piano.

Burrow didn't play in the team's third preseason game. His only live-action was one drive in their scrimmage in the preseason opener.
Head coach Zac Taylor was pleased with Burrow's efforts during joint practices with the Colts to the point that he didn't need to trot the franchise quarterback out into the final warmup before it counts. He said Burrow was "Reminiscent of many of the games he played last year when he was healthy" when discussing his week of practice, according to NBC Sports.
Between Burrow's hair and the newly repaired wrist, there will be 65,000 eyes at Paycor Stadium in a few weeks all locked in on Joe Cool.
