10-time Pro Bowler’s unreal streak has been broken due to injury

We hope for a speedy recovery for the future Hall of Famer.

Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas suffered a tricep injury during the third quarter Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans and will miss the remainder of the game, ending his 10,363 consecutive snaps played streak.

Thomas had played every single snap of his NFL career since being selected third overall by Cleveland in the 2007 NFL Draft. The former Wisconsin standout has been selected to 10 Pro Bowls, seven All-Pro first-teams and two second-teams.

In 2014, Thomas made NFL history by becoming the only offensive player to be named to the Pro Bowl during each of his first eight seasons and extended the streak to 10 last season, despite Cleveland finishing with a league worst 1-15 record.
