John Elway has found Gary Kubiak's successor, set to hire new head coach

Interesting move here.

Vance Joseph, a defensive mastermind from the Miami Dolphins is reportedly set to take the head coaching job with the Denver Broncos:

Joseph played college football at the University of Colorado before trying his hand as a coach. He would become a defensive back's coach across the college football landscape before landing with the San Francisco 49ers in 2005.

He'd coach at Houston and Cincinnati before taking the Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator position in 2016. A middle-of-the-road defense this year, he'll now inherit one of the best defenses in the NFL today.

Rumors have persisted that former San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy could lead the offensive side of the ball.
