A little under a year after Johnny Manziel was released from a treatment facility, the quarterback has had his reported run-ins with partying and it isn't slowing down anytime soon.
According to the Star-Telegram, Manziel was spotted in Fort Worth Saturday night, purchasing a $120 bottle of tequila as part of a $200 purchase.
About to enter his third season, a petition has already been started to bring Manziel from Cleveland to Dallas.
