This run-in with police was just another part of Johnny Manziel's downward spiral

Dashboard footage was released of Johnny Manziels's incident with his girlfriend in his car.

Johnny Manziel had another tumultuous season, on the field and off in Cleveland, and it may have had a lot to do with this incident back in October.

According to WEWS-TV Cleveland, via ESPN, Manziel was pulled over on Oct. 12 after two witnesses viewed the quarterback and his girlfriend arguing in a vehicle. Manziel then reportedly admitted to drinking earlier in the day.

He was not charged after the officer determined he was not intoxicated, according to the report.

The following video above includes Manziel telling police that he wanted to pick up a guy friend of his, one whom Manziel's girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, claimed was so Manziel could 'hang out with this other girl.' Crowley initially told police Manziel hit her 'a couple of times' but the only injuries police found on Crowley were an abrasion on her forearm from Manziel trying to keep her from getting out of the car, consistent with Manziel's story.

Manziel was later cleared by the NFL in November for the domestic incident involving Crowley.
