Julio Jones has some advice for Dez Bryant, and he should listen

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones has fractured his right foot twice during a three-year period and now has some advice for Dez Bryant, who recently experienced his own foot injury.

"With Dez, he's just going to have to take time and get healed up properly because you can rush these things," Jones said, via The Dallas Morning News. "Because of the competitor that he is, you don't want to rush it and then it sets you back. If you come back too early, then it can put you back again behind. So my thing to Dez is to just get fully healthy and then you can go out there and help your teammates."

Jones's first foot surgery occurred in 2011 and he fractured the same foot in 2013 after bending the screw inserted from the first operation. After his second surgery that included a larger screw and a bone graft, Jones was required to stay off his feet for a whole two months.

Bryant also received a bone graft and screw in his fractured right foot on Sept. 14, but the Cowboys receiver is already up and walking around. He is expected to return in six to eight weeks.
