That is, during postgame interviews, the 27-year-old revealed that he got cussed out by his mother.
As for the reason why Felicia Jones wasn't happy with her son, Lamar stated it was because he evidently didn't run enough.

"Yes, my momma just told me that," Jackson said. "She just cussed me out, so I'm mad. We're going to get after it. I'm not going to lie to you; we're going to get after it. I can't wait for this bye to get on. We have the Giants coming up. I'm ready to go. I'm just ready to go."
The two-time MVP continued, "She said there were lanes I should have [taken] and ran, but I was trying to let guys develop routes. We had developing routes. I was just trying to go through my progressions, but yes, she's right. I'm sorry for this. I'm just mad, because I feel like we should win these games, and we're not getting them done."
All in all, Jackson finished the game with 79 rushing yards on eight carries, but that isn't good enough for his mom.

In view of his performance, Lamar did also pass for 237 yards through the air and threw for two touchdowns. However, ultimately it wasn't good enough to beat the Eagles, who are now 10-2 and on an eight-game win streak.
To point out, this was just the second game that Lamar ever lost to an NFC team in his entire career, and both games happened to be against Saquon Barkley (24-20 vs. Giants, 10/16/22).

2022: OTD 2 years ago. Lamar Jackson has only 1 loss to an NFC Team in his career. That loss would come vs #NYGiants who overcame a 20-10 deficit w/ 2 4Q TDs & a game clinching sack/fumble by @kayvont in a 24-20 NYG win #Giants100 pic.twitter.com/J1fb76Nh3Q

On the season, the Ravens are now 8-5 and are currently in a highly contested AFC North division battle.
After an upcoming Week 14 'BYE,' the team will prepare to face the 2-10 Giants at MetLife Stadium on December 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm ET.
