"That was fun, chaotic, and educational all at the same time. Manning yelling, 'Hand the ball to the official. Don't spot it! Don't spot it! Hand the ball to the umpire! Let him spot the ball!' was priceless," wrote Ryan Phillips of Sports Illustrated.
Peyton Manning is among the top quarterbacks of all time, though not considered up there with Tom Brady, given Brady's many Super Bowls. But Manning is up there with the John Elways, Dan Marinos, Joe Montanas, and the rest. Few were purer QBs in their prime than Peyton.
Meanwhile, all Eli did was beat Brady in the Super Bowl, when Eli was with the New York Giants. Eli Manning may not be the greatest Manning when it comes to the NFL, but he certainly had an underrated career and was also a winner.
As for the post-career run of the Mannings ... well, hey, that's not been too shabby, either. Anyone who tunes into their non-traditional broadcasts can already see that.
