Unlike other analysts, Kiper doesn't slate FSU running back Dalvin Cook as a first-rounder. His drop of DeShaun Watson is surprising as well, but ultimately dominant guys in the trenches and bone-crushing linebackers tend to be viewed as safer picks. If Chubb makes a successful return from his devastating knee injury, expect him to skyrocket up the board.
