Lapham was a member of the Eagles' 1960 NFL championship team, appearing in 12 games. That was the Eagles last title.
The former University of Iowa lineman was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the 1961 expansion draft, starting 13 games and blocking for Hall of Famer Fran Tarkenton.
Lapham retired at age 27.
