The Patriots traded linebacker Jamie Collins to the Cleveland Browns for a third-round compensatory pick, and safety Devin McCourty told CSNNE he felt Collins was their best defensive player.
"Jamie is arguably our best defensive player," McCourty said. ""When you get a guy like Jamie who was here for four years on the team, a very productive player, to lose him is a bit shocking to everybody on the team."

Belichick was reportedly displeased with Collins' lack of effort.
