The Miami Dolphins season is officially over after falling short of a last gasp to make the playoffs. And although some fans were optimistic about what the team could do heading into next season, it appears that the nightmare is just beginning.

Micah Parsons Pleads For Hill to Join Cowboys
Following their loss to the New York Jets in Week 18, the Dolphins star wide receiver appeared to hint at wanting a trade out of South Beach. With Hill being one of the most talented players in the league, it did not take much time for players to begin putting their bids in.
Cowboys star Micah Parsons was the first player to step to the forefront of a potential Hill sweepstakes, saying that he and the Dolphins star could be one of the more dangerous tandems in the NFL.
"We can be the fastest duo in the league!!! We also don't have state income taxes!" Parsons said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Dolphins Star Makes Apparent Trade Demand
After spending the majority of his career with the Kansas City Chiefs, star wide receiver Tyreek Hill has become accustomed to winning. However, since coming to Miami in 2022, Hill hasn't seen much success. After being eliminated by the Chiefs in the Wild Card round last year, the Dolphins did not even qualify for the postseason in 2024.
This will be the first time in Hill's career that he will miss the playoffs.
Following their loss to the New York Jets, Hill hinted at possibly wanting out of South Beach, telling reporters that this offseason he has to "reaccess," some things and will ultimately "do what's best," for him and his family.
"There's a lot of things that I need to reassess about my career," Hill told reporters. "I just gotta do what's best for me and my family, whether that's here or wherever the case may be. I'm finna open that door for myself. ... I'm out, bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day, I gotta do what's best for my career. I'm too much of a competitor to be just out there."
