According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the NFL star is being sued by a former associate who claims Diggs falsely accused him of stealing a Ferrari and later had friends confront and assault him.

The lawsuit was filed earlier this year by Nigel King, who says he previously worked as a concierge and consultant for Diggs, helping manage travel, vehicles and other personal matters.

King alleges he arranged to have Diggs' Ferrari transported from Miami to New York in July 2024, when the vehicle was reportedly stolen by third parties.

According to the lawsuit, King was never charged or identified as a suspect by law enforcement.

King claims his relationship with Diggs remained intact after the theft before changing months later, when Diggs allegedly began telling others that King had stolen the luxury car. The lawsuit alleges those accusations damaged King's reputation and cost him clients.

King also alleges he was confronted by people associated with Diggs on multiple occasions, including an incident outside a Florida nightclub in December 2025 in which he says he was punched and suffered injuries.

Diggs denies the allegations.

TMZ reports the wide receiver recently asked a judge to delay proceedings until the other defendants named in the lawsuit had been formally served, arguing the case could not be fairly resolved without their participation. Court records show those individuals have since been served, and the civil case remains ongoing.

The lawsuit is separate from another legal dispute involving Diggs and Christopher Griffith.

In that case, Diggs previously alleged Griffith made false claims that he had drugged and sexually assaulted him. Griffith later filed a countersuit accusing him of sexual assault. Diggs has denied those allegations, and that matter also remains pending in court.
