The New England Patriots just lost to the Miami Dolphins 27-20 on Monday Night Football, and it was perhaps the worst performance of the season for the Pats.

Tom Brady threw two interceptions, and the Patriots were 0-11 on third down. But FOX Sports radio host Colin Cowherd said he isn't concerned about the Pats after the loss, and he even said if he had to bet his 401(k) on one team to win the AFC, he'd still take Bill Belichick and Tom Brady.
"If you had your 401K, who would you bet it on to win the AFC? I'm going to go Belichick and the G.O.A.T." — @ColinCowherd pic.twitter.com/ZjXfnyiDBQ

Cowherd cited the Patriots didn't have Rob Gronkowski, and he doesn't believe anything has changed enough to deter him from picking against New England.
The Patriots currently aren't the top seed in the AFC — that title belongs to the Pittsburgh Steelers — but the two teams meet on Sunday. If the Patriots win, they'll likely have home field throughout the AFC playoffs. However, if the Steelers win, they'll be the top seed.
Cowherd did admit that if the Steelers win on Sunday, he might reconsider his opinion on who's winning the conference. New England is currently a 2.5-point favorite in Pittsburgh, and they've won four straight in the series.
New England looked awful against the Dolphins, but Cowherd said every team in the league has had a game where they needed to simply burn the game film. The Steelers had bad losses to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears, so one or two bad weeks aren't out of the ordinary for an NFL team.
Sunday's showdown in Pittsburgh will be a huge test for both teams, and the winner will almost certainly have home field advantage. If the Patriots win, it will be hard to bet against them getting back to the Super Bowl.
