Eagles Head Coach Nick Srianni Wanted to 'Run This Back' with OC
Eagles head coach Nick Srianni was apparently familiar with the rumors about Moore's departure. After blowing out Andy Reid's squad, Srianni made one last plea to his now former Offensive Coordinator.
"Kellen, you know, — let's run this s—t back, Kellen," the Eagles head coach said during the Lombardi Trophy presentation. "Let's run this back."
Sirianni's chances of influencing Moore to continue with the Eagles appear to be slim. Moore has privately told people he is interested in and wants the Saints job, according to sources.
At 35, he will become the youngest head coach in the NFL. It will be his first head-coaching role.
