Fred Warner's Wife Is a Former Bachelor Contestant

Fred Warner of the San Francisco 49ers is one of the NFL's best linebackers and one of the best players in the entire league. The former BYU Cougar was taken in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft and has started every game for the 49ers ever since. Currently in his sixth season in the NFL, Warner has racked up 750 tackles, nine sacks, eight interceptions and six forced fumbles, earning himself many accolades including two Pro Bowls and two First Team All-Pro Honors.

Warner's presence on the field is as impactful as any other player in the league, and he knows when to call his own shot and make things happen — and the same can be said for Warner off the field as well.

Shortly after she was sent home on "The Bachelor" in 2020, Sydney Hightower received a message from Fred Warner that would be the beginning of their love story. Hightower said the message was just an emoji, but it was enough to get her attention and that Warner "didn't think I was gonna respond and that's why he got really casual, but it was sweet." The rest was history. About a year later, in May 2021, Warner and Hightower were engaged, taking to social media to announce their engagement with a photo and a caption: "It's you & me." — keeping it short but simple, just like the emoji that started it all. Then, one year later, the happy couple got married in California on June 25, 2022.

A quick stroll over to Sydney's Instagram shows the love between the two on full display. From pregame pics to vacation trips to random photos from their life, the Warners' life is out there for everyone to see, and they are not afraid to share it. So much so that the two actually have a podcast together called "The Warner House," which takes you behind the scenes of this NFL family. The podcast features the two talking about life and football, and it even has special guests such as Hall of Fame wide receiver and former 49er Jerry Rice. Clips of "The Warner House" and other behind-the-scenes action can be found on both Instagram and TikTok.

It seems to be milestone after milestone for this power couple. And in October of this year, the Warners announced another major milestone, one that will be expanding their household. On Sydney's Instagram, the two said they will be welcoming their first child together, in March 2024. The video included clips from an ultrasound and a positive pregnancy test, with a caption saying, "The past several months we have experienced the most precious moments of our lives. Every weekly milestone and new development has been indescribable...the best is yet to come! Baby Warner arriving March 2024."

So, as Fred Warner prepares for a run at a Super Bowl, the couple are preparing and awaiting the arrival of their first child. And with how the season is going, the Warners could have a lot to celebrate in both February and March of next year.
