Former NFL wide receiver Stedman Bailey has been formally charged following an alleged public sexual encounter inside a Florida mall arcade.

Prosecutors in Broward County charged Bailey with exposure of sexual organs, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to TMZ Sports.
The charge stems from a July 27 incident at Round1, an arcade and entertainment venue inside Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines.
Police alleged that Bailey and a woman were engaging in sexual activity near the establishment's bar while other customers were present. A witness reportedly confronted the pair and told them to stop.
According to the arrest report, surveillance footage captured the alleged incident.
Bailey reportedly acknowledged to police that he and the woman had their pants down and that he was exposed, but denied that intercourse occurred. He also allegedly told officers that both had consumed multiple alcoholic drinks.
Police said there was no evidence that either person's drinks had been tampered with. Bailey and the woman were taken into custody shortly after midnight. She was also accused of indecent exposure.
The former West Virginia standout was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He caught 59 passes for 843 yards and two touchdowns across three seasons.
Bailey's football career ended after he suffered life-threatening injuries when he was shot twice in the head during a 2015 attack in Miami Gardens. He survived after undergoing emergency surgery but never returned to an NFL game.
The charge against Bailey remains an allegation and has not been proven in court.
