FOX Sports analyst Joel Klatt put together his list of 50 top prospects for the upcoming NFL Draft and it's got some of the usual suspects on there. Reuben Foster, Myles Garrett, Jamal Adams, Malik Hooker and Jonathan Allen are on there, but the top quarterback he has is certainly a big surprise.

Most people have had Mitchell Trubisky and Deshaun Watson flip-flopping between being the top QB in this draft, but Klatt goes a step further and says that neither of those guys are the best though and actually has Notre Dame's DeShone Kizer ahead of both as the No. 15 overall prospect. Here's what Klatt says about him:
Kizer is a talented player who dropped off a bit this year for the Irish. That said, he can make every throw with ease and shows a good knowledge of the game.
He ranks Watson two spots down at 17 and Trubisky at No. 37, which both seem a little odd compared to everyone else's rankings who have both of the latter two ahead of Kizer. Most analysts find Kizer's wild inconsistencies to be a huge downfall despite his highs being incredibly good. Watson has deep ball and reads issues while Trubisky only has one year of starting under his belt at UNC.

Some draft analysts believe that none of these guys deserve to be drafted in the first, but the position might be overdrafted because of serious team needs. The Cleveland Browns and San Frnacisco 49ers stick out the most as teams in dire need of QBs that can lead them into the future so they might be the big culprits when it comes to the dreaded overdrafting of these players.
