The NFL.com has some time until its draft in April and so it's trying to churn out some content before then. However, in one of its stories, the picture they used for Dalvin Cook was not actually Cook. In fact, it was another Florida State player who they used and someone called them out for it:

That's Tarvarus McFadden, who also wears No. 4 for the Seminoles, but he is definitely not a star running back. In fact, he is a cornerback who isn't even eligible for the NFL Draft this year. McFadden saw that tweet from a fan and had a nice response of his own.

McFadden did play well though as he led the nation with eight interceptions and made First-Team All-ACC this season. He had three tackles for loss, six pass breakups and 20 total tackles on the season. But the story from NFL.com is undoubtedly meant to feature Cook rather than McFadden.
