NFL Draft expert has an absurd name at the top of his QB rankings

We never thought we would see the day.

NFL.com draft expert Mike Mayock has released new rankings for each position leading into the NFL Draft and his quarterback group has a new surprising leader at the top. While it's been back and forth between Deshaun Watson and Mitch Trubisky for most analysts, Mayock now has Notre Dame's DeShone Kizer up there.

Here's his top five list:
1. DeShone Kizer, Notre Dame
2. Deshaun Watson, Clemson
3. Mitchell Trubisky, North Carolina
4. Patrick Mahomes II, Texas Tech
5. Davis Webb, California

Kizer has shown some flashes of being great, but his inconsistency and inability to string multiple great games together worries teams. The concern with Trubisky is that he's only a one-year starter so he may have some warts people haven't seen yet and Watson has been erratic with decision-making on the field at times.

Kizer finished as a two-year starter and completed 60.7 percent of his passes for 5,805 passing yards, 47 touchdowns and 19 interceptions.
