Where to Watch Eagles, Falcons Monday Night Football Bout
This week it will be the battle of the birds as the 0-1 Atlanta Falcons travel to the city of brotherly love for Monday Night Football to take on the 1-0 Philadelphia Eagles.
Fans can watch Monday Night Football on television with ESPN and ESPN Deportes through your cable service provider. Monday Night Football is also available with streaming through YouTube TV, Sling TV, Fubo, and the NFL+ app.
This will also mark the first return of former Eagles center Jason Kelce. Kelce retired during the offseason after a 13-year NFL career. And the all-pro offensive lineman took a gig as an ESPN Monday Night Football analyst.
Jason Kelce Gets Candid on Last Season
The Eagles started last season as one of the NFL's hottest teams winning their first five games. But injuries compromised their season. They went from Super Bowl contender to getting knocked out of the first round of the playoffs. Seemingly in the blink of an eye.
Following his retirement announcement, the new Monday Night Football analyst said that last season, 'sucked' for the Eagles. But the now former Eagles center did show optimism for the future.
"Although last season truly sucked, I wouldn't trade my team with you or those teams for the world," Kelce said.
"Everything happens for a reason. And I truly enjoyed my time with you coach. Sometimes, the flowers get knocked back a bit but the roots remain. And I can't wait to watch as it re-blossoms next season."
Despite a bitter ending to last season, Eagles chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie had nothing but high praise for the future Hall of Famer as he rode off into the sunset.
