Former Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett is the top prospect in the NFL draft on most big boards, but Hall of Fame defensive lineman Warren Sapp doesn't believe Garrett is worthy of the No. 1 pick.

Sapp said he sees the "splash" plays from Garrett on occasion, but he didn't see a game where Garrett took over.
"Any defensive lineman who's the No. 1 pick, you turn up and you say, 'There it is!' This kid, no, I don't," Sapp said via ESPN. "I'm a pretty plain and frank guy, and I watch the tape and he disappears. I watch the tape, and he absolutely disappears."
Sapp said the reason Garrett is considered the top prospect is because it's "all about measurable[s]." Garrett tested well at the combine, and Sapp insinuated scouts care more about potential more than what they've seen on tape.
"I see a lazy kid that makes four plays a game," Sapp said. "This is the No. 1 guy? No, no, no. This ain't even close."
ESPN college football analyst Cole Cubelic was asked about Sapp's comments, and he said he doesn't think the lazy comment is true and that Garrett still has a high ceiling.
The Cleveland Browns will still likely take Garrett No. 1 overall unless something shocking happens on draft night.
