The LA Rams were set to play the Minnesota Vikings on Monday, January 13, however due to the Los Angeles wildfires that have swept across the region, it has been decided that the teams will not be able to play their game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

The National Football League released a statement on Thursday afternoon:
"In the interest of public safety, Monday's Vikings-Rams Wild Card game has been moved from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA to State Farm Stadium, the home of the Arizona Cardinals."
To note, SoFi is no more than 10 miles from where the Pacific Palisades fire is currently blazing, as nearly 20k acres has been affected so far.
With this in mind, ultimately it was perceived by local officials that it was not safe to hold the game in Los Angeles.
Also considering the fact that nearly 200,000 residents had to evacuate their homes, many of the home fans have been impacted by the disastrous wildfires.
The Vikings enter the matchup with an impressive 14-3 record, while the Rams clinched the NFC West with a 10-7 record. Both teams will face-off in Glendale on Monday at 8:00 pm ET.
