Johnson married "Too Hot to Handle" alum Hannah Brooke Sanders during an oceanfront ceremony in Laguna Beach, California, with family, friends and several athletes in attendance.

The couple announced the wedding on social media after exchanging vows in front of roughly 130 guests overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Among the ceremony's memorable moments, the couple's 6-month-old son, Kayto, delivered the wedding rings while riding in a miniature white Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. Johnson's daughter, Collins, served as the flower girl.

"When we started planning, we just wanted a big party for all our friends and family and that's exactly what it was," Sanders told People. "Love was in the air."

Several current NFL players attended the celebration, including Garrett Wilson, Jeffery Simmons, Quincy Williams, Trey Benson, Jared Verse, Nolan Smith, Jamien Sherwood, Will McDonald and Amari Gainer.

Johnson, who was traded to the Titans earlier this offseason after beginning his NFL career with the New York Jets, proposed to Sanders during a family trip in 2025.

The couple first met during Super Bowl festivities in Arizona in 2023 before beginning their relationship.

Sanders gained national attention as a contestant on Netflix's "Too Hot to Handle," while Johnson has developed into one of the NFL's rising defensive players since entering the league as a first-round draft pick in 2022.

The newlyweds said they chose Laguna Beach because it had become one of their favorite getaway destinations during the NFL offseason.
