According to TMZ, Zolciak has asked a court to schedule an emergency hearing, raising new concerns about the current custody arrangement involving the former couple's four minor children.

In court filings obtained by TMZ, Zolciak claims the guardian appointed in the case recommended that Biermann undergo anger management therapy. She also objects to Biermann continuing to have primary custody, alleging ongoing issues while the children are in his care.

Zolciak further claims Biermann has not been willing to share information with her regarding the children.

The latest filing follows a previous ruling that granted Biermann temporary primary custody after he alleged Zolciak had neglected the children. Zolciak denied those allegations and, in turn, claimed Biermann had been unnecessarily physical with the children.

The court has not yet ruled on Zolciak's latest request.

Biermann, a former NFL defensive end, spent his entire professional career with the Atlanta Falcons after the team selected him in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft.

He made an immediate impact as a rookie and became known for a handful of memorable plays over the years, including returning a Drew Brees fumble for a touchdown during a Monday Night Football game in 2009 and later intercepting a Jake Delhomme pass that he tipped to himself before taking it back for another score.

He signed a three-year contract extension with Atlanta in 2012 but suffered a season-ending Achilles injury in 2013. Biermann returned the following year and eventually re-signed with the Falcons in 2015 after leading the team's defense with 4.5 sacks the previous season.

He finished his NFL career after recording 55 tackles, 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble during the 2015 campaign.
