Ex-NFL QB Vince Young Knocked Out In Bar Brawl

Former NFL quarterback Vince Young was involved in a bar brawl and seemingly took the worst punch of them all, a video from TMZ Sports revealed.

At first, it's hard to tell what's going on in the scene, with Young and others appearing to discuss something calmly while standing right next to the bar. In fact, so little was made of it at first that everyone else just ignored the conversation.

Then people started to push a little, and then a little more ... until the shoves got serious. As the pile began to move away from the bar, Young got decked, falling to the floor.

He stayed there for about a minute before others helped him to his feet.

TMZ Sports reported the incident took place inside Tokyo Joe's in Houston last month.

"Unclear what was said — but the former Heisman Trophy runner-up can be seen pushing several men after exchanging words. Then, things get violent," TMZ wrote.

"The footage shows one man appearing to slam his drink in another man's face. Seconds later, the same man can be seen throwing an elbow that connects flush. "The bar's owner told Houston Police he was the one hit by the drink and the elbow and that the entire thing started once he asked patrons to leave, per TMZ.

He said things started to get ugly only after he asked patrons to leave the bar.

According to TMZ, the bar owner also said the fight began during a conversation about race. No arrests were made and no charges filed.

Young, 40, was the No. 3 overall pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2016 NFL Draft. He spent five years with the Titans before spending his final NFL season with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011.

After that, he was signed and waived by the Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns.
