NFL RB was found asleep at the wheel while his car was sinking

Well, that was bizarre.

NFL running back Denard Robinson had an odd July 4th weekend, when the Jacksonville Jaguars player was found behind the wheel of a vehicle sinking in a retention pond, per ActionNewsJax.com.

Robinson's Chevy Impala was reportedly found submerged in water on the driver's side, as the player and a female passenger were found "asleep/passed out" around 4:20 a.m. According to the report, no citations were issued and they weren't charged with a DUI after officers felt they weren't impaired.

What an absolutely bizarre set of circumstances.

Robinson rushed for 266 yards on 67 carries last season.
