NFL's 9/11 tribute is the most American thing we've seen all week

NFL releases 9-11 tribute video.

The 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks falls on the NFL's opening weekend this year and the league is sparing no expense in its celebration.

In addition to special national anthem ceremonies before each game, fans will be treated to taped video messages from President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush. The NFL Football Operations team has also just released a tribute video that stars, among others, Jerry Rice, Drew Brees, Eli Manning, Ndumakong Suh.

Entitled, "Football is America," the players talk about how the game brought the world together in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks in the most fitting tribute we've seen on the eve of both the 15th anniversary of 9/11 and the NFL's opening weekend.
