Odell Beckham Jr. is a free agent again, and there is at least one team we know has been on his radar for a while. Back in June, during an appearance on the Club Random podcast with Bill Maher, Beckham admitted he's had conversations with Aaron Rodgers about teaming up with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

"I love him; we've had conversations," Beckham said, via SI.com and Pro Football Talk. "I won't say that it's not a possibility and I won't say that I haven't had any communications."
Beckham is reportedly drawing interest from multiple teams. For the record, he also had high praise for Steelers coach Mike Tomlin.
"I love [Mike] Tomlin," Beckham said. "I was actually supposed to be drafted to the Steelers. That was the meeting where I thought, 'I'm going to the Steelers.' And then the Giants took me at twelve." Pittsburgh was on the clock just three picks later.
The podcast episode dropped June 30, and nothing has materialized since. Week 1 is coming quickly, with Rodgers and the Steelers opening against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium — a venue Beckham knows well from his time with the Giants.
Rodgers and Beckham almost teamed up four years ago. After the Browns released Beckham in 2021, the Green Bay Packers made an offer. By all accounts, it was a low one, maybe just enough to tell Rodgers they tried.
The Steelers could use another receiver, but dropping in late August and being ready for the opener would be no small task. Time is running short for Beckham to land somewhere and make an impact in 2025. While all this talk is nice, most around the NFL doubt OBJ will be back in uniform anytime soon.
