Chip Kelly's second NFL tenure is over, per ESPN's Adam Schefter:
After starting strong in Philadelphia with back-to-back 10-6 seasons, Kelly cleaned house and dropped to 6-9 before he was fired.
In his first seasons with San Francisco, the 49ers fell to 2-13 on the year.
General manager Trent Baalke was fired on Sunday as well. He had been San Francisco's general manager for the past five years, and he'd been with the organization in total for over 10.
Kelly has already been suggested to land with Urban Meyer in an attempt to replicate his electric Oregon offense at Ohio State.
