While it is unclear what led to the verbal exchange outside a New Orleans bar, both appeared to be upset over some matter.

All in all, one thing is for certain, Rocker hasn't stopped lifting weights in the last 25 years. That is to say, many fans expressed the same sentiment that it wouldn't be a fair fight.

As one fan said, "Mahomes, Sr. would have gotten rocked by John Rocker if they had fought."

Even John Rocker took to social media to address his beef with Mahomes Sr after the incident went viral.

It seems that this rivalry has re-ignited, as one user on X said, "John Rocker and Pat Mahomes Sr. arguing on Bourbon Street means something to Braves and Mets fans from 1999-2000."

Notably, both played in the MLB, as Mahomes (1992-2003) was a pitcher for the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox, New York Mets, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs, Pittsburgh Pirates, and ended his career with a 42-39 record, 5.47 ERA and 1.59 WHIP.

On the other hand Rocker (1998-2003), was a relief pitcher for the Atlanta Braves, Cleveland Indians, Rangers and Tampa Bay Devil Rays, averaging a 3.42 ERA and 1.43 WHIP with 88 saves.
