Brandon Aiyuk has found himself on the radar of local police, and it has nothing to do with football.

The Santa Clara Police Department confirmed it is aware of a video posted Saturday by Brandon Aiyuk that shows the wide receiver driving at extreme speeds near the San Francisco 49ers stadium.
"At this point, the video is being reviewed, and further details can be provided when available," a department spokesperson told TMZ.
In the video, Aiyuk is seen driving a Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing at more than 100 miles per hour, at one point reaching 111 mph while passing the stadium he has not played in this season.
Aiyuk, 27, has been sidelined since last October, when he tore both his ACL and MCL roughly two months after signing a four-year, $120 million contract extension. He has yet to return to game action.
According to The Athletic, Aiyuk has also been absent from meetings and other team activities while on the physically unable to perform list, a situation that reportedly frustrated team officials.
The 49ers later voided his guaranteed money for the 2026 season. Aiyuk declined to file a grievance through the NFLPA, a sign he may be prepared to move on. His option bonus for next year was set at $24.935 million.
Last week, after the team designated Aiyuk as "reserve left squad," head coach Kyle Shanahan said he had not seen the receiver "in a month."
Aiyuk was selected in the first round of the 2020 draft and quickly became a key piece of San Francisco's offense. He posted 60 catches for 748 yards and seven total touchdowns as a rookie, followed by 56 catches for 826 yards and five scores in 2021. His breakout came in 2022 with 78 receptions for 1,015 yards and eight touchdowns. In 2023, he added 75 catches for 1,342 yards and seven touchdowns.
Before suffering the injury last season, Aiyuk had 25 receptions for 374 yards and did not score.
