According to an incident report obtained by the New York Post, Addison was asked multiple times to leave the Jubao Palace Noodle Bar inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino around 3:40 a.m. Police say Addison refused to comply and had to be repeatedly redirected toward the exit by officers.

The report states that as Addison was escorted out, he continued to ignore instructions, prompting officers to take him into custody for trespass after warning. He was booked into the Hillsborough County jail at 7:33 a.m. on a misdemeanor charge and later released on bond at 2:40 p.m.

Addison is scheduled for arraignment on February 3.

The incident marks the third run-in with law enforcement for the former USC standout in the past three years. In 2023, he was pulled over in Minnesota for allegedly driving at speeds exceeding 140 miles per hour. In 2024, he was arrested near LAX on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Addison also served a three-game suspension to open the 2025 season for violating the NFL substance abuse policy.

Vikings coach Kevin O'Connell declined to comment when asked Tuesday.

On the field, Addison finished the season with 42 receptions for 610 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games as Minnesota posted a 9-8 record.
