Ravens Finish Walk-Off Overtime Win in Most Amazing Way Possible

It took overtime, and one of the most improbable finishes imaginable, but the Baltimore Ravens held serve against the Los Angeles Rams, in a dramatic 37-31 win.

With the game tied at 31 apiece in the extra frame, Tylan Wallace fielded a punt, spun to break one tackle, broke two more along the sideline and recovered after almost losing his footing to return the punt 76 yards for the touchdown and the victory.

Wallace's punt return to end the game was the first walk-off punt return for a touchdown since the New York Jets handed the Buffalo Bills an opening night loss at MetLife Stadium. Likewise, Wallace's walk-off was only the fourth overtime punt return in NFL history.

"I feel like I just returned it," Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson told reporters after the game. "I'm more excited than Ty. I'm very excited for him. You never know what the future will hold, and he just showed out."

Despite horrid conditions, Lamar Jackson was nearly flawless for the Ravens, passing for 316 yards with three touchdowns to one interception, while adding a team-high 70 rushing yards. Rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers continued his strong stretch, catching six passes for 60 yards with a touchdown and one reception on a two-point conversion try.

The Ravens improve to 10-3 on the season, following Sunday''s victory over the Rams, and as the late-games kicked off around the league, Baltimore moved into the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

If the postseason began today, the Ravens would have homefield advantage throughout the NFL Playoffs. Dramatic victories like Sunday's are the kind that a team like Baltimore can build momentum on down the stretch run of the season.
