Before the game Jim Harbaugh elaborated on how much this game meant to him.

"I'd lay down my life for my brother, but I wouldn't let him win a football game," the Chargers coach said.

After the game, John once again had bragging rights over Jim, but as they met at midfield the brothers expressed nothing but brotherly love towards each other.

In view of the MNF game, the Ravens got off to a slow start and trailed 10-0. To emphasize, two-time MVP Lamar Jackson had just two passing yards in the first quarter.

However, it didn't take long for Jackson to get things going as he ended with two passing touchdowns and one rushing TD.

John Harbaugh's aggressive decision making is what was a difference maker in the game, as the Ravens converted a few key fourth-down conversions.

Now the Ravens have improved to 8-4 on the season, while the Chargers fall to 7-4.

To point out, in Super Bowl XLVII (2013) John Harbaugh's Ravens also defeated Jim's 49ers, 34-31.

The next chance for these two teams to meet would be in this year's AFC playoffs.
